Transnet National Ports Authority invites proposals for a terminal operator to finance, refurbish and/or construct, operate and maintain, and ultimately transfer the B–D Berths Multi-Purpose Terminal at the Port of Cape Town. The concession is for a non-renewable 25 years. Bulk petroleum cargo is excluded.
