Eligibility Criteria as follows: Proof of Accreditation by IATA. For the bidder to be evaluated further on functionality, following eligibility criteria must be met. Stage 2 of evaluation Functionality : Company experience = 30 pints, Expertise = 30 points, Financial Stability = 40 points, Accreditation = 20 points. Bidders to meet 70 % out of 120 points in order to proceed to financial stage. SPECIFIC GOALS :EME or QSE which is at least 51% owned by black people who are Women-Equity ownership = 10 points, EME or QSE which is at least 51% owned by black people = 10 points Bidder that fail to submit proof of specific goal as stipulated above will
