Special conditions

NB’’ Refer to section D for briefing session instructions. Required to print and submit hard copies of certificate during briefing session. Bidders are required to be at least 15 minutes before the start of the briefing session. Briefing session is scheduled for 10:00. Doors close at 10:00 and under no circumstances will the late attendants be allowed after closing time. The certificate of attendance must be submitted together with the bid document in its original form as both the certificate of attendance and the attendance register will both serve as proof of attendance at the above-mentioned briefing session. Failure to comply with this bid condition will invalidate the bid
