Special conditions

Requirements for sealing, addressing, delivery, opening and assessment of the bid are contained in the bid document. Under no circumstances whatsoever may the bid document be retyped or redrafted and only bids submitted on the bid document issued by the Department will be accepted. The department reserves the right not to award to the lowest bidder. In addition, the Department will conduct a detailed risk assessment prior to the award of the bid. Bid documents must be downloaded from the Departmental website https://www.kznworks.gov.za/ or the e-tender portal at no cost. Late submissions or e-mailed bids will not be accepted.
