The RFQ seeks a suitably accredited service provider to deliver training for MISA on public sector monitoring, evaluation, reporting and learning (MERL). Mandatory requirements include provider accreditation, submission of at least three signed reference letters confirming delivery of the required training within the last five years, and submission of an abridged facilitator CV showing experience and at least three relevant training projects delivered within the last five years.
