Waste Collection Tri-Cycles Supply and Delivery (Open-Tender)

Requirements

• Only tenderers registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) will be considered; full CSD report not older than three months.
• Form of offer must be firm, VAT and other tax inclusive, and valid at least 90 days from closing date.
• No tender from a person(s) in the service of the state.
• Bank account confirmation letter with bank stamp not older than three months, plus an affidavit confirming business bank account details if not verified on the CSD report.
• Valid SARS PIN certificate must be attached.
• Certified copy of company registration documents issued by CIPC; shareholder certificates where applicable.
• Certified identity documents of all enterprise directors or members.
• Verifiable municipal account(s) not older than three months for both tenderer and entity owner/directors; or where municipal accounts are not issued, valid lease agreements or confirmation of residence/address issued by a relevant authority not later than three months.
• Fully completed and signed tender document submitted on the issued PDF document; all certified copies must not be older than three months.
• Tender responsiveness evaluation includes functionality and a minimum of 70/100 points to qualify for further evaluation.
