Wetland clearing and restoration (Open Tender)

Requirements

• Tenderers must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and attach a copy of the CSD report not older than three months.
• Quoted prices must be firm, inclusive of VAT and other taxes, and valid for at least 30 days from the date of offer.
• No tenders shall be considered from persons in the service of the state.
• Fully complete the attached MBD forms and submit with the tender.
• Attach a bank account confirmation letter with bank stamp not older than three months, accompanied by an affidavit confirming business bank account details where banking details are not verified on the CSD report.
• Attach certified copies of identity documents (ID) of company directors.
• Attach a certified copy of the company registration certificate issued by CIPC.
• Attach valid SARS PIN.
• Attach verifiable Municipal Accounts not older than three months (or, where municipal accounts are not issued, valid lease agreements or confirmation of residence/address issued by a relevant authority not older than three months) for both the tenderer and entity owner(s)/director(s).
• Submit Joint Venture or Consortium Agreement if applicable.
• All completed tender documents must be duly signed and submitted on the issued PDF document; certified documents must not be older than three months.
