Special conditions

1. No late arrivals will be admitted to the pre-tender briefing meeting, Bidders who attend the Pre-Tender briefing meeting without a bid document will not be allowed to attend the briefing 2. Only Bidders registered on the Central Suppliers Database are eligible to submit bids. The bid document can be downloaded from the E-tender Portal at no cost. Bidders who wish to collect a hard copy of the bid document can do so at a non-refundable cost of R 380.00. Proof of payment must be produced upon collection of the bid document. No EFT payments will be accepted.
