Special conditions

Bidders who attend the Pre-Tender briefing meeting without a bid document will not be allowed to attend the briefing meeting. The bid document can be downloaded from the E-tender Portal at no cost. Bidders who wish to collect a hard copy of the bid document can do so at a non-refundable cost of R 330.00. Proof of payment must be produced upon collection of the bid document. No EFT payments will be accepted. (see the attached bid document & a copy of the advert)
