Special conditions

All services must be carried out by person registered in accordance with SANS 10139, verifiable proof of registration (certificate or card) under SAQCC (South African Qualifications & Certification Committee for Fire) as a Fire Detection Installer or Commissioner must be submitted with this Bid. Tenderer must provide a list of competent, registered name/names that will be made available to perform any duties for and on behalf of the Bid on this contract. The successful tenderer, upon notification of the award, shall provide an unsigned copy of the NEC4 Term Service Contract (TSC), including the Contract Data, Scope, Price List and all associated contract documents, for signature by the Parties.
