Mandatory requirements: Standards: Certification of adherence to the following standards is required by including a valid certificate or valid copy thereof in your bid document by bid closing: • A valid SAHPRA Medical Device Establishment License • A valid ISO 13485 • Distribution Letter from the manufacturer (If the Bidder is not the Manufacturer of the product.).If you are not the manufacturer of the product(s) offered, please provide written proof from the manufacturer(s) and / or the local Supplier who provide the products to you as a Bidder from the manufacturer overseas (example China or any other Supplier overbroad) must also provide a MANUFACTURER AGREEMENT from the manufacturer to the one who provide an offer for this bid.
