Overview
NHLS seeks a panel of accredited certification service providers to assess and certify the ISO 13485:2016 quality management systems at four Diagnostic Media Products facilities over a proposed five-year contract. Audits will be scheduled according to facility plans or requests and priced by facility and audit stage. A later clarification removed the Gap Assessment Audit from the pricing schedule.
