The Western Cape Mobility Department invites bids to establish a framework panel of mediators to provide facilitation and mediation services to the Western Cape public transportation sector on an as-and-when-required basis for 36 months. Services may be required across the province, including in outlying areas. The panel is intended to assist with conflict resolution among transport organisations and individuals.
