Overview
Appointment of a service provider to design and deliver an adaptable Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) programme to accelerate organisational cultural change and equip SANParks employees with practical strategies to identify, prevent and address unfair workplace discrimination. The programme is to reach approximately 2,000 employees over 36 months, across identified national parks (excluding Kruger National Park), Head Office, regional offices and administrative centres.
