Overview
Transnet National Ports Authority seeks proposals for a terminal operator under a 25-year concession, inclusive of the development period, to fund, design, develop, construct, operate and maintain, then transfer, a small-to-medium-scale liquefied natural gas (LNG) import terminal at the Port of East London. The project is greenfield on Erf 63584, approximately 8,900 m², and includes the terminal infrastructure, equipment and associated facilities. Bidders must submit a standard bid; an alternative proposal is optional and requires a standard bid as well.
