Overview
The Council for Medical Schemes invites proposals from an experienced provider to evaluate and grade all CMS positions using the Paterson system, benchmark salaries, assess internal equity and recommend an appropriate remuneration structure and parity strategy. The maximum contract period is three months, subject to completion of the Service Level Agreement.
