Overview
Appointment of a service provider to conduct a comprehensive skills audit for approximately 4,361 Department of Land Reform and Rural Development employees in national and provincial offices. The audit will identify skills profiles and gaps and support workforce planning, organisational development, skills planning and employee development. The project is to be completed within six months of appointment.
